We are proud to show our production process, a guarantee of the quality of our products, resulting from years of experience combined with technological innovation.
1. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: MANUFACTURING OF MELAMINE PANELS
- The chipboard panels are made of small pieces of scrap wood, pressed together and stuck with glue, so as to form panels 18 mm thick.
- The panels are refined with paper impregnated with melamine resin, giving suggestive visual and tactile effects. Wood, fabrics, stones, leather, patterns as well as contemporary textures are the subjects to manufacture quality furniture of modern design
2. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: CUTTING
- The big panels with dimensions 560x207 cm are then processed in a panel dividing saw. hanks to very precise cuts, this plant allows us to obtain panels with the dimensions requested by customers with great flexibility, quickness and cost effectiveness.
3. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: SIZING AND HEDGE BANDING
- After cutting, the panels are processed in an automatic sizing edge bander, to be refiled and banded with either paper or ABS plastics.
- The load of the line is carried out by means of automatic roller conveyors, the unload by robot.
- The panels are here subjected to quality spot check on dimensions, finishing and perfect bonding.
4. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: DRILLING
According to orders, the panels are drilled by different CNC machines:
- drilling lines with robots for loading and unloading,
- CNC point-to-point drilling machines that enable off-axis drilling with automatic load and unload
The workers only have to prepare and control the machines, spot checking that panels match precisely drawings and technical characteristics.
5. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: PACKING
- The workers pick up from stock the semifinished products and the hardware and load the ready-to-assembly furniture onto the roller conveyors to be moved to the packaging line
- Here they are shrink wrapped and get ready to be packed in cardboard boxes. All boxes are completed with shock-proof polystyrene and sealed by hotmelt glue
- The boxes are then automatically piled and moved to finished products stock
6. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: MOVING TO LOGISTIC STOCK
- The finished furniture arrive to our logistics stock from both our production units by our means of transport.
- Here they are stocked according to product code.
7. Ready-to-assemble Furniture: ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING
- The workers pick the boxes according to the picking lists derived from customers’ orders and put them on pallets
- The pallets are covered with thermofilm and loaded onto trucks to be delivered to customers or to their retail shops.
